John is a high achieving and successful entrepreneur with extensive business experience.

John is the founding Director of Proactive Technology Group Pty Ltd, a technology development company that has successfully designed, developed, patented and marketed DIY online interactive marketing tools to businesses across Australia and the United Kingdom.

John is a former Director of Onsite Imaging, a graphic art business, that within 30 months, he increased its client base by over 200% and sold the business for a substantial profit.

His management experience includes State Manager for a National Mortgage Broker where within 14 months increased the number of franchisees over 100% and the business productivity in excess of 400%.

John also established, from infancy, a Financial Advisory service for a major Australian Bank. Over 10 years he was continuously recognized in the top 10 sales persons and the highest performing region within Australia.

Over 30 years John has held Senior Management positions and has successfully transformed several businesses into profitable organizations.

John success in building Proactive Technology Group as an innovative technology developer is by maintain close working relationships with its clients and to constantly seek feedback when planning the development of future enhancements and new products.
